At ReFluxe Reselling, we specialize in the sale of digital products, including vendor lists, supplier information, digital guides, and downloadable resources.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to the customer, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product and waive any right to request a refund based on change of mind, personal preference, lack of usage, or misunderstanding of the product's contents.

No Returns

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, ReFluxe Reselling does not accept returns under any circumstances.

Product Access Issues

If you experience any issues accessing or receiving your purchased digital product, please contact us at refluxereselling@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive the product you purchased.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Customers who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access to digital products may have their access revoked and may be restricted from making future purchases.
